Every weekend we have the opportunity to attend Satsang and have the teachings of Satguru reinforced in our minds in the hope that we may follow them. But still.

There are a number of occasions when I find myself not being very humble, patient, or exhibiting all the qualities that a true Nirankari must have. As a result, I sometimes doubt the fact that I am a Nirankari. So, a good friend of mine with whom I am not ashamed to share my feelings explained to me, "Not everyone who has been blessed with God Knowledge has fully abided by it." The constant struggle within myself to try and be a good human is the result of wanting to follow the teachings of Satguru. I am trying with all my might, using all the tools (seva, simran and satsang) at my disposal.

As a Nirankari, one's expected to serve humanity surrendering Taan (body), Maan (mind), and Dhan (wealth). Taan and Dhan are easy to comprehend and explain by the virtue of being definable. But it is the Mann which is not defined. Once I have surrendered Mann, and understood the God Knowledge completely, I will be in bliss all the time. That is when the struggle to try and be a good human will stop and I will be a true Nirankari.

It is because of the God Knowledge that I realize and feel guilty for the constant struggle in myself for not having been polite, nor a good fellow human. The first step in changing myself is realizing my faults.

So I take this opportunity to thank Satguru (True Master) for blessing me with this Divine Knowledge and all the Sadh sangat for reinforcing the teachings of Satguru week after week. And I ask for your blessings to eventually surrender my Mann and attain the bliss that many of you enjoy.
